Tilottama Bose is a Delhi-based Clinical Nutritionist, Health Coach, and Food Consultant passionate about simplifying healthy eating. She holds a graduation in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics and a postgraduate degree in Food Science and Nutrition, with hands-on experience at B.M. Birla Heart Research Centre and Care Nursing Home, Kolkata.

Tilottama offers personalized nutrition guidance and online nutrition consultations, helping clients adopt sustainable, science-backed eating habits tailored to individual needs, local produce, and seasonal foods. Rooted in India’s culinary heritage, she combines tradition with modern nutrition science to nourish both body and soul while supporting minimal carbon footprint practices.
