Sample Non-Vegetarian Diet
Early Morning (6:30–7:00 am)
- 1 glass of warm water with lemon and a pinch of turmeric
- Breakfast (8:00–9:00 am)
- 2 boiled eggs / 2 egg omelette with vegetables and 4 soaked almonds + 2 walnuts
- 1 seasonal fruit (apple/orange/papaya/guava/banana)
Lunch (1:00–2:00 pm)
- 1 cup chicken curry / grilled fish (moderate oil, Indian spices)
- 1 phulkas (with ghee) / 1 cup brown rice
- 1 cup sabzi (seasonal vegetables)
- sprout salad (cucumber, tomato, carrot) with roasted peanuts
- 1 tsp ghee (optional, for satiety)
Evening Snack (4:30–5:00 pm)
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 small bowl of roasted chana with lemon & onion
- 1 cup green tea/lemon tea/ unsweetened tea
Dinner (7:00–7:30 pm)
- 1 bowl of clear chicken soup/fish curry (light, less oil)
- 1 multigrain roti / 1 small cup quinoa/pulao with vegetables
- 1/2 bowl stir-fried seasonal vegetables
